: : Golf Round Only E-bookings
Golf round rates and offers advertised on www.easygolfbooking.com website are strictly subject to tee-off time availability, from partnered golf courses, and must be booked online. There is a limited allocation of tee-off time slots available on the rates and offers we advertised, there will be occasions when a particular partnered golf course may have extra slots of tee-off time available, for www.easygolfbooking.com online booking, at a higher tariff. Special offer rates from www.easygolfbooking.com may not be combined with any other offer or discount that the individual partnered golf course may be promoting.
Golf round E-booking and E-payment must be made at least 3 hours prior to tee-off time.

Payment
www.easygolfbooking.com golf round only price rate is inclusive of green fee and caddy fee (incl. VAT) for 18-hole golf round. It must be paid in full when a booking is made. In the event that the rate has not been paid in full when a booking is confirmed for any reason whatsoever, we reserve the right to cancel the booking prior to tee-off time.
We accept VISA and KBANK Card online payment, via Payment Gateway of KBANK e-commerce system, as the only mode of payment. Our web server implements authentication and encryption process using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) system, while your VISA transaction is secured by “Verified by VISA”.

Confirmation of Booking & E-Voucher
On confirmation of your online payment in full, you are required to print the attached E-Voucher(s) and bring it to the golf course on your tee-off day, one E-Voucher per booking. At this point your binding contract will come into existence. Please check E-Voucher details carefully as soon as you printed it. Contact us immediately if any information which appears on the E-Voucher appears to be incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to make changes later.

E-VAT/Tax Invoice
For your own convenience, www.easygolfbooking.com provided you with online E-VAT/Tax Invoice. To print E-VAT/Tax invoice, you must fill in the required billing details. Please check E-VAT/Tax Invoice details carefully as soon as you print it. Contact us immediately if any information which appears on the E-Voucher appears to be incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to make changes later.
This E-VAT/Tax Invoice is optional and you may skip this task if you so desired.

Cancellations, Amendments & Non Arrivals
All cancellations and amendments MUST be made via e-mail: info@easygolfbooking.com. When your booking is confirmed, a booking number will be issued automatically, this must be retained, should you need to make a cancellation and/or amendment. All cancellations and/or amendment will incur a change fee based on the following: 1) more than 10 days notice, prior to tee-off time, a change fee of 535 Bath (incl. 7% VAT and credit card charge) per golfer per change, and the difference in price rate change (if apply); 2) less than 10 days notice,  prior to tee-off time, www.easygolfbooking.com reserves the right not to refund your payment; 3) in the event of non-arrival, www.easygolfbooking.com reserves the right not to refund your payment.
To avoid unnecessary cancellations/amendments and costs, we strongly recommend that you ensure all booking details are correct.

Tee-Off Times
We will do everything possible to confirm your confirmed tee-of time, however www.easygolfbooking.com’s partnered golf courses do reserve the right to alter tee-off times and set required number of golfer per group. If for any reason your tee-off time should not be available, as part of our service we will offer you the nearest possible alternative. Tee-off groups are based on playing in 3-5 balls and therefore you may be paired up with other golfers on the day.
To avoid last minute rush, we strongly recommend that you arrive at the golf course at least 30 min. prior to your tee-off time.

Handicap Certificates
Some golf courses will require handicap certificates before accepting visitors, which we will endeavor to advise you of at the time of booking. Whilst a certificate of playing ability is not essential on all courses, knowledge of etiquette and the rules of golf are expected and each www.easygolfbooking.com partnered golf course reserves the right to refuse access if it is judged that individuals do not display the required knowledge. We cannot be held responsible in these circumstances.

Dress Code
Appropriate dress and footwear should be worn at all times on the course and in the clubhouse (as per the rules & regulations set out by each golf course). We cannot accept any responsibility in any ruling by each www.easygolfbooking.com partnered golf course if you or any of your group is unable to play due to inappropriate attire.

Playing Conditions
Although the standard of www.easygolfbooking.com partnered golf courses is inspected on a regular basis, their actual playing condition may vary from time to time. We cannot be held responsible for the condition of the course during your golf round.

Complaints
As we act only as an agent for each partnered golf course, if you have a complaint or experience any problems during your golf round please inform the golf course concerned immediately. If a satisfactory conclusion is not reached, please notify us via e-mail: info@easygolfbooking.com . We will advise the relevant golf course manager concerned, and we shall closely monitor recurring problems with any of the partnered golf courses we promote.

: : Golf Package E-bookings
There are 2 types of Golf Package advertised and available for E-bookings on www.easygolfbooking.com website. The first type of Golf Package is where both accommodation and golfing are provided by the hotel with its own golf course. The second type of Golf Package is where accommodation and golfing, and/or transport, are provided separately by different hotel and golf course operators, and/or suppliers.  For these bookings, we act only as an agent in respect of all bookings we take and/or make on your behalf. We accept no liability in relation to any contract you enter into or for any services or arrangements you purchase or for the acts or omissions of the hotel or other person(s) or party(ies) connected with any arrangements. For accommodation arrangements, the terms and conditions of the hotel will apply to your booking. These terms and conditions may limit and/or exclude the hotel's liability to you. Copies of these conditions are available on request from us.

Payments for Golf Package
Golf Package price rates quoted on www.easygolfbooking.com are inclusive of government tax, provincial tax and service charge, unless specified otherwise, and there are no additional booking fees. A deposit amount, or full rate, must be paid at the time of booking. We reserve the right to ask for an additional deposit amount, or full rate, for certain bookings where we need to pre-pay an additional sum to secure your Golf Package. This will be specified on your confirmation.
For all deposited bookings, the remaining balance must be paid no later than one calendar month before the date your contracted Golf Package is due to commence Bookings made less than one calendar month before this date must be paid in full at the time of booking. If the balance is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit.

Confirmation of Booking & E-Voucher for Golf Package
On confirmation of your online payment in full, you are required to print the attached E-Voucher(s) and bring it to the hotel upon check-in, and/or to golf course on your tee-off day, one E-Voucher per booking. At this point your binding contract will come into existence. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from our system, please check E-Voucher details carefully as soon as you printed it. Contact us within 24 hours if any information which appears on the E-Voucher appears to be incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to make changes later. We shall not be responsible for any loss or delay caused by this issue.
Hotel room availability has been given to us in good faith. In the event that the hotel or services are not available, we shall endeavor to remedy the case by offering alternative services. We will offer you at least one alternative Golf Package of equivalent or higher standard for which you will not be asked to pay any more than the price of the original package. If this package is in fact cheaper than the original one, we will refund the price difference. However, we shall not be responsible or become liable for any damage, loss, delay to person or property, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by such issue.

Behavior
When you book with us, you accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your party. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid direct at the time to the hotel, and/or golf course. If you fail to do so, you will be responsible for meeting any claims subsequently made against us (together with our own and the other party's full legal costs) as a result of your actions.
We expect all clients to have consideration for other people. If in our reasonable opinion or in the reasonable opinion of any other person in authority, you or any member of your party behaves in such a way as to cause or be likely to cause danger, upset or distress to any third party or damage to property, we or the operator in question are entitled, without prior notice, to terminate the Golf Package of the person(s) concerned. In this situation, the person(s) concerned will be required to leave the hotel and/or golf course. We nor the operator will have any further responsibility toward such person(s) including any return travel arrangements. No refunds will be made and we will not pay any expenses or costs incurred as a result of the termination.

Travel Insurance for Golf Package
We strongly recommend that all clients are fully covered with comprehensive travel insurance policy to safeguard prior to starting your golfing holidays. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover you purchase is adequate for your particular needs. We recommend that your travel insurance covers loss of deposit and other monies through cancellation, loss or damage to personal baggage and loss of money, medical expenses, and additional expenses to cover hotel accommodation and repatriation costs should any services need to be extended or curtailed due to illness or other insurable risk
