How to get there
Royal Ratchaburi is located off Highway 3089, near Ratchaburi provincial town; approx. 110 km. west of Bangkok. It takes approx. 2 hours to drive from downtown Bangkok, passing historical town of Nakhon Pathom, via Highway 4.

“easygolfbooking.com” recommends hole # 6, par 4, as a must play hole at Royal Ratchaburi. This unique hole offers a magnificent views of mountain skyline backdrop, crystal clear water pond stretching along right side of the fairway, and exciting approach shot to a difficult green.
 The hole extends a challenging 380 yards from the back tee, or a testing 320 yards from the white tee, providing long hitters with a chance to get close to the green, or on in one, and walk away happy with a memorable birdie. This happy scenario is only possible if the tee shot is directed toward the left side of a sloping fairway; any stray tee shot to the right of the fairway will result in a certain bogey, or worst .
A smart play is to place the tee shot approx. 100-120 yards short off the green, and left with a wedge or short iron shot to the green. This exciting approach shot to the green need to be handled with care, there are large water pond and numerous sand bunkers guarding the front edge of a slopely green.
The large contoured of this sloping green make it difficult to read both line and speed; it is best to position the ball on an up-slope to the flag in order to achieve a one putt for birdie, or two putt for par.
