Course Information
Siam Country Club, founded by Dr. Thaworn Phornprapha since 1971, is one of oldest private golf course in Thailand. The course has been completely renovated, by Mr. Lee Schmidt of Schmidt-Curley Design Inc., and reopen again in May 2007. The renovation works had kept the same layout, highlighted by arching trees and mature landscaping, but completely rebuild the rest of the golf course from tees to greens. The original par 72 layout is now lengthen to 7,162 yards, from Championship (Blue) tees, with numerous sand bunkers, elevated greens, and severe slopes to test every golfers. Siam Country Club Pattaya (Old Course) is a premium golfing venue, with highest international championship standard, and a must-play course for every golfers visiting Pattaya.
Siam Country Club Pattaya (Old Course) recently hosted Honda-PTT LPGA Thailand 2010 tournament, graced by LPGA's top 50 players, and won by Japan's Ai Miyazato in a most exciting fashion.
Facility
The clubhouse facilities have also received a completely face-lift to a new modern, relaxing atmosphere overlooking the 18th green. It is fully equipped with pro shop, spacious locker rooms, practiced greens & range, and a club’s restaurant.
A modern fleet of golf carts (Club Car), and well trained caddies, will help facilitate for an enjoyable round of golf.

This magnificent par 4 provides an exciting finish on the front-nine, with a refreshing sight of Buddhist shrine overlooking the elevated green. The hole extends a challenging 422 yards from the Championship (Blue) tee, or a respectable 391 yards from the regular white tee.
Golfer needs to steer tee-shot well clear from cluster of large sand bunkers guarding left-side of a lush Paspalum fairway, or avoid going into sticky roughs on both sides.
The challenge and excitement of this picturesque par 4 is the approach shot on to a tight elevated green, with severe slopes and well guarded by numerous sand bunkers.
Its best to target the ball short of the flag, and aims for an uphill one chip-one putt for a rewarding par. Whatever the outcome, take your time on this refreshing hole and appreciate the breathtaking view surrounding the green.
