Course Information
Cascata Golf Club is the latest star among new breed golf courses developed around Bangkok, opened in October 2006. It features a 27-hole championship course, designed by Thanawat Subrungrueng, with imaginative layout and outstanding playing conditions. Each of the three 9-hole, par 36, layout stretches approx. 3,600 yards from championship’s yellow tees, or averaging 3,116 yards from the regular’s white tees. The layout is “fun & fair” to play on, with relative large greens to take stress away from most golfers. It is an ideal golfing destination for recreational and tourist golfers visiting Bangkok.
Facility
A modern clubhouse fully equipped with pro shop, spacious locker rooms, and scenic “AAA Club” restaurant. A large fleet of Club Car (compulsory use of golf cart) and well trained caddies to fully support a refreshing round of golf for all.
How to get there
Cascata Golf Club is approx. 12 km. from Lam Luk Ka CC, between Klong 15-16; approx. 75 min. drive northeast of Bangkok’s CBD, via the outer ring road.

This challenging par 3, with a very large green, is made interesting by numerous sand and water hazzards coming in to play. The hole measures a challenging 193 yards from championship’s yellow tee, or a handful 146 yards from white tee.
An ideal tee shot requires a lofted and straight drive to the middle of a relatively large green, avoiding large water hazard stretching along left side of the hole, and numerous deep sand bunkers guarding the green. The right club selection is essential if golfer aims for the pin, especially in windy conditions.
To give yourself a realistic birdie or par putt opportunity on this large undulating green, you need to position the golf ball close enough to the flag, or possible 3-4 putts will spoil the rest of your day.
